business partnership with Shahani Associates Ltd. synergizing and further
strengthening resources to provide professional service to our dedicated
insurance and financial clients.

Nick began his career in 1991 as a commercial lines underwriter for St.
Paul Insurance Company in New York City and later joined Marsh & McLennan
Insurance Brokerage as a commercial lines broker.
In 2001, Nick entered the executive search industry successfully
building an Insurance practice in the Tokyo market. He later moved on to
broadening his insurance practice executing Asia Pacific retained search
out of Hong Kong. With a strong command of Japanese, Nick has been a market
leader and specialist covering Life and Accident & Health Insurance,
Non-life Insurance, Re-insurance, Actuarial Consultancy, and related financial
services.
