Understanding Your Recruiting Needs...
The Insurance Group will base our searches on the position descriptions and job specifications that you provide through our meetings. We will identify key selection criteria for each individual search for you, map out the intended search "universe," adhere to the established timeframes, and produce candidates on a long-list/short-list basis.
In order to increase efficiency and set-benchmarks, credible talent may be introduced on a "per resume" basis.

Timing...
Our standard delivery for a retained search is eight weeks. Depending on the search, it may be possible to introduce applicable candidates on a "per resume" basis to increase the speed of completion. Naturally, each search is unique, therefore flexibility in fee structure and communication between the client and The Insurance Group are both essential for success.
